Your Privacy Rights

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can still record an opt-out below, which also switches off analytics and marketing cookies on this browser. We honour Global Privacy Control signals automatically.

If your name, business number or profile appears in our results and you want it gone, email hello@leadmapz.com with the detail as it appears. We add it to a permanent suppression list so it cannot return through a later search, and we pass the request to customers holding the record.

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with privacy laws can request to know what we hold, get a copy, correct it, delete it, opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising, and limit use of sensitive information. We verify requests by matching account details or the email on file, respond within 45 days, and allow a further 45 days where permitted. An authorised agent may act for you with written proof. If we refuse, you can appeal by replying to our decision.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the ICO in the UK or your national supervisory authority in the EU.

Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA and, in Quebec, Law 25. Australian residents have rights under the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles. Rights under Brazil's LGPD, South Africa's POPIA and Switzerland's FADP are honoured in the same way.
